Sibusiso completed his LL.B programme at the University of Johannesburg in 2018. This was followed by registering his articles with De Beer & Claassen in 2019 until December 2020.

In 2020 Sibusiso was appointed as associate attorney at De Beer & Claassen where he specialised in litigation and criminal Law.
